Terms & conditions of supply
1. Contracting Parties
The clinical assessment contract is entered into with Excel Medicine Ltd (company number 16920757). Dispensing and medication supply are executed by Excel Rx, our GPhC registered pharmacy in Cardiff (premises number 9013248).
2. Patient Duty to Provide Accurate Information
Our prescribers rely wholly on the honesty and accuracy of your questionnaire responses. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information regarding your health, allergies, or concurrent medications poses grave clinical risks. If inaccurate information is identified, we reserve the right to immediately decline treatment and close your patient account.
3. Clinical Discretion to Decline Prescription
Submitting an online consultation or payment does not guarantee the issuance of a prescription. Our doctor exercises complete independent clinical discretion. If a medicine is deemed unsuitable or unsafe for your profile, we will refuse the prescription, explain our clinical reasoning, and direct you to appropriate alternative NHS services.
4. Age Restrictions & Identity Checks
Services are restricted to individuals aged 18 and over residing in the United Kingdom. We conduct electronic identity verification prior to any supply. You may not request consultations or prescriptions on behalf of third parties.
5. Pricing & Cancellation Rights
All prices are transparently displayed in GBP before final confirmation. Due to UK pharmaceutical safety regulations, returned medicinal products cannot be resold or refunded once dispatched from our pharmacy dispensary.
Excel Rx is not an emergency service. If you need medical help quickly, call NHS 111 or contact your GP. If someone is seriously ill or injured, call 999.
