Returns and refunds

What you can cancel or return, and when you are not charged.

Cancel before despatch — no charge

You can cancel your order free of charge at any time before it is despatched from our Cardiff pharmacy. If our doctor declines your consultation or decides treatment is not right for you, you are not charged — any authorisation is released within one working day.

Medicines cannot be returned once dispatched

For patient safety and legal reasons, medicines that have left our pharmacy cannot be re-supplied and cannot be accepted back, even if unopened. This is exempt from the usual 14-day online returns right.

Non-medicines — 14 days

Non-medicine items (for example devices or accessories, where offered) can be returned unused and in original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

Damaged, wrong, or tampered — tell us within 48 hours

If your parcel arrives damaged, contains the wrong item, or the tamper-evident seal is broken, do not use it and contact us within 48 hours on 029 2264 5305 or support@excelrx.co.uk so we can arrange an emergency replacement or refund.
