Your medicine is dispensed by our registered pharmacists in Cardiff and dispatched via Royal Mail and DPD in sturdy, plain packaging without any external branding, logos, or medication descriptions.

Standard tracked delivery is £4.99 per order, and free on orders of £40 or more. Your first order ships free, no minimum spend, standard tracked delivery. Repeat orders follow the pricing above. Orders approved by our prescriber before 3:00 PM Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day. Standard delivery takes 24–48 hours with full tracking on dispatch.

Do not consume any medication if the outer security seal or inner packaging appears damaged, opened, or tampered with. Contact our pharmacy team immediately so we can arrange an emergency replacement.

We currently deliver to valid residential addresses, workplaces, and verified collection points across Great Britain only (England, Scotland, Wales). We do not currently deliver to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, or outside the UK. Orders with a BT postcode cannot be completed at checkout.
