Delivery information

All medications are dispensed directly from our registered Cardiff pharmacy and dispatched in tamper-evident, unmarked discreet packaging.

Discreet & Sealed Packaging

Your medicine is dispensed by our registered pharmacists in Cardiff and dispatched via Royal Mail and DPD in sturdy, plain packaging without any external branding, logos, or medication descriptions.

Delivery Timelines & Tracking

Orders approved by our prescriber before 3:00 PM Monday through Friday are dispatched the same day. Standard delivery takes 24 to 48 hours. Full tracking is provided upon dispatch. If your parcel has not arrived within up to 72 hours, please telephone us on 029 2264 5305.

Damaged or Tampered Parcels

Do not consume any medication if the outer security seal or inner packaging appears damaged, opened, or tampered with. Contact our pharmacy team immediately so we can arrange an emergency replacement.

UK Delivery Only

Under UK pharmaceutical regulations, we deliver exclusively to valid residential addresses, workplaces, and verified collection points across Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
